COMPANY OVERVIEW
Jagsonpal Services Limited Formerly known as Jagsonpal Finance and Leasing Limited was incorporated as a Private Ltd. company on 20th February, 1991 under the Companies Act, 1956 and subsequently converted into a Public Ltd. Company by a Special Resolution at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 25th July 1994 and a fresh Certificate of incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana, at New Delhi on 23rd August 1994.
The Company was earlier promoted by Late Jagmohan Singh Kochhar and Dr. Kanwarpal Singh Kochhar. After acquisition as per SEBI SAST Regulations, the Company is now promoted by Karthik Srinivasan.
The operation of the Company are conducted under the overall supervision, control and guidance of the Board of Directors of the Company. The day to day affairs of the Company are looked after by Mr. Karthik Srinivasan, the Managing Director of the Company who has obtained a Master in Computer Science from Edith Cowan University, Western Australia.
Mr. Karthik Srinivasan, with over 20 years of professional experience in banking (BFSI) and technology spanning across Australia, India and the broader APAC Region, Karthik is an entrepreneurial and results oriented senior executive with global expertise that has assisted various organisations to exceed their business and technology outcomes. His area of expertise lies in the convergence of financial services and technology. In addition, his key knowledge lies in the ability to merge the legacy banking systems of the old world with the modern digital products of new world.
The Company was a Non Banking Finance Company registered with Reserve Bank of India as Loan and Investment Company.

Mr. Karthik Srinivasan has over 20 years of professional experience across the banking (BFSI) and technology sectors in Australia, India, and the APAC region. His expertise lies in integrating legacy banking systems with modern digital financial technologies, driving innovation and transformation in the fintech space.
He has held senior roles with leading banks and global technology firms, managing core banking systems and digital automation initiatives globally. Mr. Srinivasan also collaborates with fintech companies to develop strategic partnerships and deliver innovative products.
He is the Managing Director & CFO (Chairman) of Jagsonpal Services Limited (Formerly Known as Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Limited) (Listed Company) and also serves as Director in Elanistech Private Limited (Private Company). He showcased his innovation at the G20–DIA Mega Summit 2023 in Bangalore.
Dr. Shailendra Somarouthu is a distinguished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across the telecom, digital money, and education sectors. He has a proven record of leading successful business transformations across Asia and East Africa, with strong expertise in strategy, governance, and organizational turnaround.
As the Founder Director of Sprout Knowledge Solutions Private Limited, Dr. Somarouthu is pioneering the integration of technology in education, enabling learners and professionals to develop essential 21st-century skills such as creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. Under his leadership, the company has partnered with top institutions to establish impactful learning ecosystems and innovation labs.
An alumnus of the London Business School, Dr. Somarouthu is deeply committed to fostering innovation, value creation, and sustainable business practices.

Mrs. Sugandhi Krishnan Iyer is a veteran banker with over 37 years of experience at the State Bank of India (SBI), the country’s largest bank. A postgraduate in science, she has handled portfolios in corporate credit, project financing, and SME lending, along with extensive exposure to credit risk management. She has chaired several credit sanction committees and played a key role in the development and launch of SBI’s YONO app, one of India’s leading digital banking platforms. She serves as a Non-Executive – Independent Director on the Board of Jagsonpal Services Limited (Formerly Known as Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Limited) (Listed Company) and as Non-Executive – Independent Director in Renewsys India Private Limited (Unlisted Company).
Mr. Rodney Stuart Pearce is the Managing Director of Drillwest, a Western Australian drilling company established in 1987. With over 37 years of experience, he has successfully guided the company’s sustainable growth with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence. He brings extensive knowledge in risk management, governance, and health & safety practices, and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance across the organization. He serves as a Non-Executive – Non-Independent Director on the Board of Jagsonpal Services Limited (Formerly Known as Jagsonpal Finance & Leasing Limited) (Listed Company) and as a Director in Zenius Neotech Private Limited (Private Company).
Mr. Satish Ramachandran is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing, and advertising, specializing in MarTech, CRM, and personalized one-to-one marketing solutions within the digital ecosystem. He is currently the Executive Vice President at IPG Mediabrands, leading initiatives in personalized marketing, customer relationship management, digital transformation and data-driven marketing. He began his career with Johnson & Johnson, Boots Pharmaceuticals, and Reckitt & Coleman, he later transitioned to the advertising industry, contributing significantly at Ambience Advertising and subsequently at the IPG group, where he has contributed across multiple verticals. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Digital Mavens (Impact Magazine), he is known for driving innovation through data-led insights.
